Another gem found via digging through my Grandmother’s attic was my Uncle’s worn cassette of Jesus Christ Superstar. Of course, it was the Ian Gillian version and I loved every sound. I wore that tape out. This video is from the Ted Neely version.

It can be rather disconcerting when you find that what you think you want is what you know you don’t need and much less than what you deserve.

You know how some children, in spite of the multiple warning from their parents, just HAVE to touch the damned oven to see if it’s actually hot??
